The name Jefferies appears in records of English glove making as early as the 1820s. Chester Jefferies, who founded the company in 1936, was a direct descendant of the original Jefferies glove makers. The Countryman features water repellent leather on the palm with a cotton crochet backing. It has a side vent with a leather bound top finish. These gloves are supremely comfortable and very elegant. Ideal for the rider and the spectator.
